Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about our pricing

What counts as an API call?

Each request to your published service endpoint counts as one API call. This includes successful responses, errors, and rate-limited requests. Internal health checks and dashboard requests do not count toward your limit.

What happens if I exceed my monthly API call limit?

When you reach your monthly limit, additional API calls will return a 429 (Too Many Requests) response. Your services remain active, but new requests are blocked until your limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle. We send email alerts at 80% and 100% usage.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features and limits. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle. If you exceed the new plan limits, you will need to reduce your usage before the downgrade takes effect.

How does billing work?

Paid plans are billed monthly. We accept all major credit cards. Your billing cycle starts on the day you upgrade. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

We offer a free tier instead of a trial. Start with the Free plan to explore ServeP2E, then upgrade when you need more capacity or features. No credit card required to get started.

What does "published service" mean?

A published service is an API endpoint that is live and accessible via a URL. You can create and test as many draft services as you want, but only published services count toward your limit. Unpublishing a service frees up that slot.

Do unused API calls roll over to the next month?

No, API call limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused calls do not carry over. We recommend selecting a plan that matches your typical monthly usage.
